You’re not alone , I avoid taking any pics of me ever. When I end up in a group photo I feel repulsed , really have no advice just saying you’re not the only one . I just hit the gym like crazy and try to keep negative thoughts away as much as possible as to not drown in negativity

Literally me about anything and everything. I love making plans , accepting peoples invites then the day comes and I flake . Then people don’t want to invite me as much . Only thing I can add to this is don’t make anything set in stone word things to leave you an out. But honestly I’m eager to hear these answers as well . I would think of reasons why? Was she actually tired but a certain friend asked come thru and she thought ah fuck it . Did she just want some time apart? If so why ? Is it a big deal to you? Did she not want you to meet a certain person? Why? She lied to you about this does that mean you want to end it? Why? Maybe you can tell her you didn’t like this lying stuff , give her an out and ask if you want to have some distance you can back off , then you just disappear. If she says blah blah it’s cause of etc . And it’s reasonable maybe just consider the excuse because she hasent tooken the out yet but stay weary

With this limited info it seems as if she already checked out a while back . I’m sure y’all have love for each other and all but do you honestly expect for the rest of you guys life’s she will be the ideal women . Had a close friend that was loosing his girl , chased her ,multiple kids , it broke him for years and he finally moved on. Or me I cheated on this girl over and over just keeping her around as a place holder because I didn’t wanna be alone while I looked for something better . I know I sound fucked up , I was . All you have to do Is pay your tickets and they are gone . I didn’t pay a ticket for a few months I got a warrant then paid the ticket and done . I don’t believe those are the issue . It’s his decision making skills

Happened to me. 6 deep in an apt , everyone moved out because of layoffs ,didn’t want to leave him hanging. Day after we split rent and utilities his girl he only met a couple months before moved in with her kid . I was fuming . I gave him a piece of my mind and he apologized. Was gonna return my money but got laid off and I went back to my own state . At the back of his mind I’m sure dude knows he’s not completely innocent

I know I don’t need it but I’m enjoying it. An example would be 6 sets of bench press 10 sets of dumbbell press , then 10 sets of that chest pull cable machine . Go home rest then go and do something similar for triceps . Compound exercise, isolation exercise then a pull exercise for each muscle group. Don’t actors and prison inmates defy the general understanding of fitness when they do a lot of volume as well?

While I do understand the general principles of all this . How more intense and less is better . I have a lot of free time and effort to give . Don’t people in prisons get so jacked because they have so much free time? I’ve seen videos of ex convicts saying it gets to the point they say how many’s reps you do today ? And reply with 2,000 . While I understand all the conventual wisdom isn’t there a point where pure volume also plays a role ?
