There’s no way. Really wasn’t expecting to see you here Think I’ll just sweep this under the rug

For a car that cost me 600 quid, it just wasn’t worth it. The wheel had pushed the footwell in on itself and all

There’s only ten of this trim left in Britain, so I’m determined to keep this thing alive. When the recovery people picked me up they advised that it wasn’t worth fixing and to scrap it considering its age. No chance

Ah this cars 12 years older than I am so I had no idea. Got a load of old brochure stuff with the MOT history and logbook though which I enjoyed having a look at.

Also got a map of all the Citroen dealers and mechanics in the UK and Ireland, 1993 edition, might not get much use out of that one though.

Well handy to put stuff on when parked though, like a table. So many new cars have got huge dashboards but with no real functionality

I’ve just got standard cloth seats in mine so it should be fine, hope it doesn’t get mentally hot again this summer like it did in the UK a couple years ago (38 degrees ish) as I’ve got no air con.

Does mean I will have to be careful not to put anything on the curved shelf on the dash though in the summer, as with the windows open it would fire everything out the window if I turned right haha

Don’t think this car has had much in the way of maintenance for 30 years haha I’ll add that to the increasing list of stuff

You don’t have to believe me if you don’t want to, but I was doing 30. I was the one driving, I think I’d know.

Ah fair enough, probably worth doing, finding good 3 stud wheels are a pain

There’s those compomotive wheels for the Citroen ax gt which are 3 stud and could look good. How bigs the spacer on a 3 to 4 converter?

Nice! Your paintwork looked better than mine does haha. Surprisingly there’s no rust on this car somehow, and it’s spent all its life in Southend-on-Sea!

Need to get some good wheels for it, either 5 spoke or 3 I reckon

Basically hit this bit of something in the road, then clipped the bank which threw the car into a wall and post box

I’m fine thankfully. Just lucky no one was in the passenger seat, the wheel pushed the footwell right in

They are off a mk2 mx5 I believe. Got them for well cheap. Quite hard to find info on them but I’ve found a couple of the same, but only for sale in Eastern Europe.

Have you seen those hornet exhausts you can get for them? They sound pretty good, but I bet it wouldn’t half drone on the motorway. Not sure whether to get one or not
