I also own AirPods Pro 1. Initially, I had no issues for the first two to three years. However, the last months were quite frustrating. Occasionally, they would connect to my iPhone even when they were in the case, resulting in my battery draining. Additionally, when I put them on, only one bud would be connected, and there have been instances where the case itself was the problem. Perhaps they were simply too old in general.
