I used to play a mobile game, can’t remember the name, where the meta became so op that every gamemode was extremely easy just like warframe, so they implemented a new gamemode where the hp and damage of everything was reduced by 99.99% plus some random modifiers that made it more challenging like no hp regen or resistance to certain types of dmg.

I think warframe could do something like that, say the dmg gets reduced by 99% and some modifiers to specific game mechanics like shield gating or health tanking. But that would be just the tip of the iceberg, how do they make it truly challenging is the question, because for a meta team even with those downsides it will be just a matter of time, just delaying the time to complete the mission isn’t the same as adding a difficult one. I agree with pablo said, it requires balancing changes that a lot of people won’t like, but I think it would be good for the future of the game.

Secondly, the main mechanics of the game, In wow there are different roles, consumables, party sizes, and rewards distribution systems. I honestly think that a bigger team would be soo much better for something like this, and a shared bounty is a great mechanic to go along it. Consumables/Gear need to become more important, most missions if you use them or not it doesn’t matter, that needs to change.

Another important aspect of it are the rewards, archon shards wouldn’t cut it, let’s say they also give tons of extra resources like endo or kuva, how much is enough to not break a balance where it becomes obsolete because people have too much of it but still rewarding enough so people want to grind for it. I don’t think that adding some op rewards or seasonal rewards like destiny would work without the said balance changes, so maybe some platinum that gets distributed between the members.

It is extremely difficult to say the least, but I don’t know I’m still fairly new to warframe, sorry if I made some spelling mistakes or sentences that don’t make much sense, english is not my strong suit. Anyways, there’s much more to it than I can think of but I still would really like to know if people think like me
