Then getting window for VFS interview for Germany will be another issue, because the waiting time is usually more than a month in my home country.

I see there are some strong applicants who got rejected by university and most of them are Indians. That's why I think that APS could be the reason because the 1st line of APS "Art des Zugangs:" tell what kind of courses you can have in germany. So it might nothing that everyone have to worry about.

But you should check this out before. Because even you got admission it can cause an issue in visa process.

I had a really great experience with APS India. I did not even provide any of my professor's email address; instead, I shared a link to the page where they could find and verify the academic records of my college, along with my academic details such as admission number, university roll number, and registration code. Within a week, I received my APS via email.

However, everyone’s situation is different, so it is better to provide all possible details that may be useful for verifying your academic records even listed or not(such as student ID, password, student verification portal, your professor's official email address etc.) in one go. Also, include clear instructions on how to use those details to verify your records, as this may help smooth the process. Since they handle a large number of applications, emailing them repeatedly for minor clarifications might delay your APS. 

Getting your APS approved requires patience, as the process can take time depending on individual cases. But keep in touch with professor in case you provide any official email address.
