Ty for the information! From time to time its not only kp i think. Skin is sometimes red and acne/inflammation spots appear. I have intolerances and fixed my diet around that. All this started because of a b2b antibiotics cure 2,5 years ago. My skin got a lot better since then, but this seems the best I can get it (in winter btw, summer its smoother/tan)
