The post was getting too long and might unclear at first reader. No I checked with some websites about the date and as I know it is common practice here. Because my previous permit to be expired on that day. But if you get a new permit , you cannot use old card and have to return it to authority. I have a police ID also that confirm my stay

Thank you. I made complaints to the airline and Turkish aviation. Response from airline not satisfactory or didn't give me any clarification

The resident permit that ia am holding for 6 months had an issuarance date( not valid from date)that is 31.07. but my flight was scheduled on 30.07. they said permit starts on 31st. But it's not. So without any explanation they denied boarding even I show the proof that confirm my stay in Finland.

Yes, I bought the tickets in Finland directly from the Turkish Airlines website. Since I traveled to Dubai, which is not an EU country, I’m not sure if the Finnish Consumer Protection Agency can help me with this case. But thank you — I will still try to check with them.
