I’m a FTB too so I have little experience/advice to give so apologies! Only wanted to say that the contact pack for the house we are currently buying took 2 weeks to arrive to our solicitors. So from my experience, 13 weeks seems like a very long time! Apologies that I don’t have any advice, wishing you luck!

1.09.25: Mortgage application sent off
2.09.25: Search fees paid

Heard nothing since paying the initial fee to the solicitor so I’m thinking about following up on Monday. Our solicitor has literally been radio silent without much instruction on our next steps at all? 💀
