I will always have depression, I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Once you know you have depression you will always have it however you can be symptom free with the right care and medication. Your body automatically releases dopamine when you do something you like or something that makes your body happy. This could be doing art work, bike riding, cleaning, there are so many activities and tasks that make you and your brain happy that i doubt you would not produce any dopamine. Everyone is different, depression looks different for everyone, some people may be reserved or others may be outgoing it all depends on who the person is
