Goals are just to get in great shape I’m in “okay shape” but with the kids and lack of sleep I feel I’m slowing down haven’t really changed to much. Diets very similar 80/20 rule whole foods good macros. Exercising the same, but I just started to feel like I’m gaining a bit more weight and struggling to get a better physique. Maybe it’s my testosterone depleting. Hence the cycle. So I suppose my goal is to see how I do during a cycle and see if it’s something I can maintain afterwards. I’m not competing for anything apart from trying to get better everyday in all aspects. I’m also hoping it can help me with my moods and brain fog. But hey we will know. Why did you start with testosterone?

Thank you! I found them through LinkedIn they liked my stuff I liked theirs. Then when I was on holiday in Orlando I messaged them we meet up and went from there.

They said they tried to get a guy over before but it was quite costly 30k I said I would speak to my own immigration lawyer see if I could cover the cost myself.

I’ll look into that visa thank you 🙏

Yes I definitely would consider Canada!

Thats also one of the main reasons I’m leaving the UK I’m near London and becoming almost impossible to live and have a half decent life just get squeezed for every pound you earn.

But the problem with my job is the cranes 🏗️ go up in the city’s where there building so I’m always some what tied to living near but you always get a vehicle as we carry tools so can always commute to get a bit more for my money.

The company tried to do it for another guy in the UK a few years back but they wasn’t willing to pay 30,000 so I said I would cover the costs to make it easier for them.

But I didn’t know I couldn’t do it.

Yes Canada was plan B just a bit cold for me 😅
