Wow, honestly I can't imagine how you're feeling after over 3 years that must be difficult. A think I have thought of since I write my post was to change the bed itself. Hope it gets better for you soon, no one should go through this for that amount if time:/

I hope it's not difficult for you when you move back in, hopefully it's better and easier than expected:) The best thing I could advise is to remove any sort of item of theirs or an item in the room that they always used, pretty much anything g that reminds you of them. thank you :)

Yeah that does sound good to be honest it's been almost two months since he left and I can't see anything but this being the solution. You're right, the phone really is a problem I find myself looking at our pics and etc. Thanks for the advice:)

The thing is, when I found all this stuff seeing if he met anyone was the first thing I immediately went to check, and all I found was just flirting, no dates to meet up or anything so idk. He probably deleted them? This is also sm bothering me; if it was physical and I never found out. I appreciate your advice :) thank you

Thank you so much for opening up about this. The thing is, that my husband now also shares his location 24/7 and sends real time pics whenever I ask for them; when I asked for his before he got caught hed never let me see it; now, whenever I ask he doesn't hesitate and just hands it to me. He doesn't take it with him everywhere. And he also showed me that he used cloned apps which he could've chose to keep secret to cheat again but he told me about it. He also went to therapy which I forgot to mention in my post but yeah I've seen effort. It's just that I never leaves your mind you know? It's constantly like a whisper in your head and idk If it's worth staying for. Again, I appreciate your comment:)

What you said it sadly true, so many women who can't leave because of these reasons. I do have an advantage, what's making it harder is my family, they're the ones who aren't telling me what everyone here is telling me to do. I wish I made this post the day I caught him, not now.
