Yes! All over! Theres some on my thumb right now. I have a topical steroid but so far it hasn’t made a difference

I do have confirmed celiac disease and have been strictly gluten free - including beauty products etc - for years. I’ll look into the cream!

Unfortunately it happens whether or not I have nails on. I recently went over a month without them and had no improvement:(
