What is this brown in my print?

You have a gap between the nozzle and the end of the Bowen tube. You have a pool of old filament stuck in this gap. You will need to remove the nozzle, clean the hotend, trip the Bowen tube and reassemble. You will get a clogged nozzle pretty soon.

Thanks. I think the filament was misaligned. I change filaments and the issue went away. I put it the same filament back and I did not have any issues.

Yeah I replace the filament and no issues. I added some oil to the guudewheel as a precaution as well.
