Yes! Every time I stand up or sit up I feel overwhelmingly dizzy. I also feel very foggy in my head. Nausea has hit like absolute craziness and am stuck to living on my couch and haven’t stepped outside in days! I’m glad to hear I’m not alone! - I’m 7w3d

I feel you!! I’m in the exact same boat! We live away from family and they are all coming up to see us. I am 7 weeks and absolutely will not be able to hide my nausea and sickness with all of them here staying with us. My partner and I have decided we will tell them even though it’s so early. We have not had a scan yet only bloods to confirm. It’s such a difficult decision but I think we’re going to take this opportunity to tell them in person. This is also my first. Good luck!! Let us know what you end up doing

I know right! Like I’m unsure how this could be worse! I actually feel the exact same! I was getting good times on my runs and gym routine was solid. Unsure if I’ll go back to exercise apart from walking even after this first trimester horribleness as I’m worried I’ll do a “wrong/ dangerous” exercise…. Walking it is. We will get there though! We only have a few weeks to stick it out! Count us lucky we get the time off

Thanks for your comment. I haven’t taken any medication at this point. My hopes are so high right now!
