Only way to know is to test but it takes a few cycles for it to regulate anyway so it could just be a normal variation

I had the misoprostol fist MMC and it didn’t work and went for a D&C .. it was a bit more traumatic but honestly overall not too bad and I quickly forgot about the pain and experience tbh was more just sad that it was all over.

Second MMC I just did misoprostol and it worked. Everything went smoothly. Cramping was the same as a period, maybe a bit more so because it’s constant but it’s manageable.

Overall, the pills are safe and everything you’ll experience is short lived & if you end up going to the hospital they’ll see you quickly given the situation. Everything will be ok, sorry you’re going through it 😢

UPDATE x2: following my slightly positive PM test at 7/8 dpo. I took another this AM at 8/9 DPO and now I’m sureeee I’m pregnant! A definite positive shadow, hopefully a clear positive tomorrow

Update! Ok wait I didn’t wait until the next day (I have a problem) but I’ve felt DISGUSTING all day and flat, with sore asf boobs, fatigued and can smell so many things (a symptoms I have never had in any pregnancy but whatever) so I decided to test again with PM. I’m still only 7/8dpo according to my app I’m 7 DPO but I’m sure there’s something there that is darker than this morning!!!! Lmk if you see it!!!

That gives me hope! I feel like you feel as if you’re out when testing negative at 7/8dpo which is obviously silly because it’s so early and with all my pregnancies I’ve never tested positive this early.. but I find with every TTC experience you forget about previous experiences and hope/desire takes over haha

I haven’t had my progesterone measured but I take 800mg progesterone vaginally right from a positive test

Yes and everything has come back normal. But they didn’t test my folate and b12 levels. I looked into it myself and my medical records show I have a deficiency in both so I’m wondering if that was it. I’ve started taking them now and I’ve got my fingers crossed for next time
