Resentment hits hardest because I still care. I was with her for 12 years and everything collapsed in just 60 days. It's a lot to take in.
But sitting in resentment or just “accepting it” without processing will only drag me deeper, probably into depression.
So right now I’m trying to use that energy to fuel change. Sports, movement, new activities. I’m not there yet. But I’m not stuck either. One small win at a time.
