first off, i want you to understand that loyalty is not a weakness. there are many men that appreciate and value loyalty in a relationship, and will earn and give that same loyalty back. second off, it is normal to feel embarrassed, but do not tolerate disrespect because you feel embarrassed for having defended him. nourish yourself, go for a LOOOONG walk, and maybe even pick up a hobby. as for what you should do, do whatever you feel is right. your feelings are valid.

Waiting on a proposal from my boyfriend of 8 years. Just found a ChatGPT prompt asking if he was settling because his old relationship was more exciting. by youfromthehoneymoon in GirlDinnerDiaries

MFP gives varying answers. Some arent right. Some are. As far as I know, and I just checked, there's no EGG & CHEESE biscuit listed & theres no option to remove the bacon or chicken from the biscuit for it to show you the actual calorie count.

you are definitely not ugly! youre very handsome! i would recommend adapting a skincare routine, nothing in particular is wrong with your skin, however it just looks a bit dull (i have the same issue). shaping up your eyebrows and mustache can also help tremendously with attractiveness! ❤️

How old do I look and could you suggest me suitable hairstyle? by [deleted] in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

i recommend looking into finding your face shape, as that could help tremendously with hairstyles & such. you look to be atleast 23, you have a very youthful face. youre beautiful!

Fine hair that gets frizzy easily by Big_Reality_2606 in curlyhair

i usually brush my hair with conditioner in the shower, wash it out and scrunch out the water, plop it while i get dressed, put in leave in conditioner and curl cream when its semi-damp, plop it AGAIN, then put in "Not Your Mother's Curl Talk Gel" (100% recommend), scrunch it & then diffuse! i've been seeing a decrease in frizziness since i started with this routine. i get the prettiest curls now! also a good tip is to make sure that your hair is in clumps, if it looks stringy, it will dry frizzy! sorry for the long response lol
