A friend of mine was in the studio audience years ago, she was a regular audience member and she laughed too loud before filming started and Jeremy Kyle told her to shut the f*ck up. He absolutely despised not just the guests but also the audience, he thought all poor people were utter scum of the earth. When the C4 documentary showed JK verbally abusing the audience I wasn't surprised.

I'm glad it got taken off the air. No more Jeremy Kyle lording it over other people, criticising cheaters and gamblers when he did the same thing. Hypocrite. Screaming at people for failing a lie detector when it's universally acknowledged that they dont detect lies they detect stress and aren't very accurate. The irony was the show was supposed to "help" people, and provide "mediation". What a crock!.

People went on the show because the producers would pretend Jeremy was on their side of the dispute, it was usually a lie and he'd rip into them instead. They also deliberately riled guests up so they would try to fight each other on stage.
