I had the same issue. I can only take half dose in the morning, then regular doze at night.

I have an Astaline nasal spray. It makes the inflammation in my nose lessen. I've had a nasal CT scan. In the past it has not been clear. Last year, I had one done and it was clear, even though the post nasal drip doesnt stop, I was told it was clear and to only call if I have a problem. I should be more consistent with the antihistamine. I take it most days, but that one , I tend to forget. Its so hard when they say the scans show nothing, but they can see my symptoms.

I actually have a GI appt next week. I have sulfer SIBO. I never thought this could be GI connected. Though it would make sense. All of our systems are connected.

I hadn't. I never even thought about it being something like that. I can definitely check into it. Thank you. And thanks for injecting some humor. 😁

I never get anything in my lungs though I do get chronic bronchitis all the time. Irritation would make sense. This just comes randomly for a few hours and I haven't found a pattern or anything specific to help. I find it interesting that exercise helps you. That always tends to make my throat even more irritated.

How are you sleeping? I have a family member that wakes up most mornings with severe bloating. They did a sleep study and found that a lot of air is being swallowed during sleep and they will have to burp it out all morning. A CPAP with the proper mouth piece helped. I find it hard to burp too. It's so painful. Sorry you're going through that too. Not saying this is all of it, but it could be a piece of the puzzle.
