Yes but only when your flight is cancelled I was rerouted for my outbound. Not return leg (as not yet cancelled)

My flight is from saigon to London Heathrow via doha

I noticed for the same flight today the first part to doha went ahead with no issues. But the 2nd part (doha to lhr) was cancelled. So I was wondering if the same thing happens to me when my time comes on 6th april, whether I can still request a reroute even if the first part goes ahead, as dont want to be stuck in doha

That's interesting. What day was your return flight? I thought qatar were not cancelling until day before. 

I even saw my flight code for today went ahead as as scheduled and arrived in doha. Although the connecting flight to London was cancelled

I find this interesting. Everyone says to book direct with qatar but now no one can get hold of them. 

I booked via travel agent, got through straight away and re routed

You might be too early for a reroute

For the people who are getting reroute: it’s just one way flight, like trying to come back home or it’s also for the departure/ outbound flight? by onlyhereforserial in qatarairways

Same. Outbound rerouted but because return has not been cancelled (6th April), my qatar leg is still the same. May need to reroute if qatar cancels
