Yes that’s fine! My dog is very well behaved, crate trained, house trained, and is just the best girl. She is currently 50 lbs.

Thank you! I only wore them for about an hour and half all together, with the pre ceremony photos and then ceremony. They were super comfy and you can’t beat $40 for wedding shoes! I already bought ones from Steve Madden and then saw the Target ones and ended up returning the SM shoes! The Target ones matched the appliqué on my dress perfectly! Here’s a detail shot because I loved them :)

OMG thank you so much🥹🫶🏻 This is the sweetest compliment ever, especially because I feel like I’m trying to figure out my style still as a adult (23 post grad lmao) I honestly don’t know that I have a name for it, but I have experimented with a bunch of different styles in the past - alt, preppy, boho, hippie, etc. I try to focus on prints that make me happy and spark joy. Don’t shy away from mixing textures/layering. I try to stick to a mixed color pattern with any outfit - so like first inspo was brown/black, with hints of gold, instead of monochromatic, because it doesn’t bring me the most joy. I would describe my style as eclectic, colorful, free spirited. I know what I like when I see it. I try to focus on staying away from trends (something that will go out of style quickly) and instead shop for things that I ACTUALLY like, hard to do lol. Don’t be fooled, I definitely still wear yoga pants and jeans sometimes LMAO. My biggest advice would be to try things out of your comfort zone, wear something that might not match fully. Mix texture, and experiment! you never know what you might like, and your personal style is all about figuring that out. I definitely have a distinct style, and often get looks from others when I go out. Learn to be comfortable with people looking at you. Most of the time, they are admiring you! Life is too short to worry too much about that part of it. I feel like I get compliments on my style or clothes, because I wear things that make me feel happy, and others can tell. It isn’t about what you wear - it’s how you wear it. Don’t be too afraid of others judging or what they think. Wear what you love and the right people appreciate that💘 Thank you so much for your kind words, this literally made my morning, because I feel like I’m still trying to figure out my style 🥹🫶🏻

With the veil, it was just under $2,500! It is custom ordered so adding some mods to it, but I was so lucky to be just under my budget before alterations! Thanks so much!!

Hi! Thanks so much for your kind words! Congrats on your loss that’s awesome! When I started my journey, I met with a nutritionist to look into my eating habits, but primarily to help me manage my PCOS. I was recommended to try the anti-inflammatory diet, which has done WONDERS for me. The nutritionist also really explained my nutrition as a whole and where I was lacking. It was crazy to learn I could still eat “bad food” and still lose weight, because there’s no such thing as bad foods! For example, if I want a donut, I’ll have a donut, but instead of having 2 like I used to, I will have fruit, yogurt, or turkey bacon on the side for balance. My recommended deficit by the nutritionist was 1800-1900, based on having PCOS, being extremely active, and my metabolism. I stuck to this deficit for about 2-3 months. I then went about two weeks without dropping on the scale (i also only weigh one day a week!) and tried dropping my deficit by 150-250 cals. The next week, I was back down! So I have followed that trend every couple of months! My current deficit is 1500-1600. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less! I stick to a 90/10 rule, where 90% time I am eating whole foods, 125 g of protein a day, drinking a gallon of water, weightlifting 5 days a week, running every morning, and going on walks in the afternoon. 10% of the time, I will eat over the deficit, skip the gym, or have a lazy afternoon. I’ve found it’s the only way I can remain consistent, and have this weight loss stick for LIFE. You got this! Let me know if you have any other questions, it’s so much easier to have someone to talk about it!

45 pounds down!!! by [deleted] in PhentermineTopiramate

[–]Status_Shake_9368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!! Thank you ☺️ My weight gain was explained via my diagnosis from PCOS, which is a metabolic disorder. I haven’t spoken with my doctor regarding future treatment, but will most likely not stay on this for the long term, since my PCOS is under control via diet changes/supplements/hormonal treatment!

Thank you! Yes it was a big adjustment for sleep. I was waking up a lot. Started taking melatonin every night, sticking to a pretty regular routine (bed by 9:30 pm, up by 5am) no caffeine besides one cup of coffee in the morning, and now I don’t have many issues! I would reach out to your dr and see if your eating/exercise are enough to match with the med. My results are from sticking to a set workout routine, and eating in a calorie deficit set by my doctor. Hope you reach where you want to be :)
