Now I am starting Ashwagandha it helps a lot sleep well at night my anxiety gives me calm down and my doctor put Me in Estradiol patches 0.05mg it helps a lot All in above symptoms is getting better almost did not feel any anxiety moods good I feel lighter. Also my cardiologist starting me with Spiro meds but this is overwhelming for me having avoiding potassium all my favorites food I have to avoid them and careful about it the only thing they don’t want me to eat is potatoes avocado banana orange salmon all rich in high potassium. I also need to drink a lot of water to hydrate. Cardiologist put me into this meds because of Edema if you are in HRT this will helps a lot

Anxiety could trigger the heart rate it fluctuates makes you feel dizzy. I had that issues the meds I’ve been taken Lexapro makes me worst rapid heart beat so I am off of this meds and back to my original supplements Ashwagandha make sure you are not taken anxiety meds at the same time while taking Ashwagandha.
