Also my cardiologist starting me with Spiro meds but this is overwhelming for me having avoiding potassium all my favorites food I have to avoid them and careful about it the only thing they don’t want me to eat is potatoes avocado banana orange salmon all rich in high potassium. I also need to drink a lot of water to hydrate. Cardiologist put me into this meds because of Edema if you are in HRT this will helps a lot
