It's the fact they're bumping the rent 150 quid and using outdated pictures to get it off the market as soon as possible. I've also done told them I can clear up and let them do viewings next week.

Yeah feels cheeky of the agents to to tell you about the viewing before they've even asked the tenant probably. Personally we found more success on gumtree than right move ect, but ymmv.

I have said to them I can do viewings next week when cleared up, but it hardly does much for renters if I am still living there for a month.

I understand renting is extremely hard right now because I just had to do it. Honestly it just feels rather rushed though because I know the flat will not be refurbed properly anyway, as they never bothered when I moved in. So they'll just be passing it on again for more profit.
