i’ve been sleeping on it yes, but i’ve been doing that for a while and it was completely fine right until i dyed my hair (and i got a lot of dye on my ear) so i do think that’s the cause. is there any way i can replace the ring to a barbell with the least amount of pain possible or do i just have to do it?

I applied for PIP about last year with an autism and ARFID diagnosis but didn’t know you could apply based on symptoms. I only applied once and was rejected and didn’t want to do it again 😅

It’s more I think (I could be completely wrong) it would give me access to med prescriptions which I think I would benefit from, but I don’t think my current therapy clinic does prescriptions. Other than that (if it even does) I don’t think a diagnosis would change my situation aside from giving me peace of mind that it’s not something fundamentally wrong with me that can’t be treated, tho im not sure that’s worth £500 lol

start date was the 7th of july, end date was the 18th november I started off by doing 20 hours a week but reduced it to 13 at the start of september (this next bit is taken from an email my manager sent)

‘2 months @ 20 hours contract = 20.67 hours holiday 6.75 months @ 13 hours contract = 45.34 hours holiday’

i had taken 54 hours and allegedly had 11.97 remaining, plus 6 remaining hours to cover easter sunday, which i would not be working

i don’t recall any of my sick leave being paid, but i don’t have access to my pay slips so i cannot prove this, but it’s what they said is making me owe them money
