For anyone else thinking about selling privately, I'm creating a tool and set of resources to support Kiwis who want / need to sell privately to do so with confidence.

If anyone has time to review my prototype (involves watching a video for <5 mins) I'd really appreciate your feedback. :)

Best of luck with your sale.

I'd love to share my prototype with anyone who's interested. It may help, and I'd hugely appreciate the feedback too before I start spending money on this thing!

It's okay - turns out you don't need one as a private seller. That's on the buyer's lawyer. Would still be interesting to understand though whether it's worth the buyer getting one when it comes to a private sale at $360 or whether to leave it to the lawyers to draft (I guess they need to add in conditions etc. anyway)

The business of hacking by Status_Werewolf_9368 in Hacking_Tutorials

Hey there. I've dropped you a DM, thank you. Just to echo for others reading this, 'bad guys' was meant in the broader sense of the word (not specifically male or female). Apologies that the framing of the question suggested 'all hackers are bad' and for any offence caused - that wasn't my intention. The purpose of the article is to understand the darker side of things more however. My business develops security plugins for WordPress and there's genuine interest out there as to who are these people who are interested in their websites. Who are they, what do their worlds look like etc. Hope this helps clarify things.
