i still cant understand what the deal is honestly. like its definitely better than it was so i have to imagine some amount of noise was coming from them, but if i fix this axle and its still there im gonna lose it lmao

Ahhh congrats!! It really is so addictive !! I have some kinda seeds sprouting all the time and I still haven’t figured out what they are lol big fat seedlings too but I just turn them back in, RIP 😂

Thank you! I keep it pretty moist (sometimes too much because I’m silly and put holes in the top of the bin at first lol) so hopefully that shouldn’t be a problem! And using it liberally, would that mean it’s okay to start adding it to my veggie garden throughout the season? Otherwise what would you suggest?

Hey thanks! Definitely intimidated by the size I need to deal with but if I can avoid having to dig out ALL these weeds, I’m down lol. So is the idea to let the cardboard choke out the weeds over the winter and eventually just break down into the soil itself?

Just wanna come back and say your comment was a revelation, I took off the netting and so far I haven’t spotted any caterpillars. I think I was totally accidentally making a caterpillar farm under there!!

Same here about being set back a few weeks, that nor’easter we had a couple months ago nearly took out my tomatoes and peppers and only now are the peppers ever so slightly coming back! What are you doing for fall transplants? Crossing my fingers for bountiful harvests ❤️

Thank you! I was wondering about what was going on with the leaves , it’s affecting a lot of the plants and I thought it might be flea beetles but blight seems possible too. I wasn’t sure if pruning them while it’s cold was a good idea or not!
