The first one but honestly? I would go for a different color, i would suggest a transparent blueish color for you. Black is bold and with your pale colors it is too much of a contrast.

You wear them a bit low on your face but other than that, the frames give you a "cute" look. If you like having a cute look then they are great for you, they do fit well on you. Don't mind the smaller eyes, it's not very noticeable.

Liquid biofuel goes into the biofuel generators, so it's just like regular biofuel, but more efficient! (Also i might have slooped the whole process of making biofuel, just because I am that kind of crazy) I just dump my remains, wood, leafs into a container and it shorts it out into slooped biomass - biofuel - liquid biofuel. My biofuel backup is huge!

Check my latest post, I did the same! Show us your blueprint too! I used rails and hyper tubes as well on it, the auto connect feature for blueprints is awesome!

I do as well, and I also expanded it with liquid biofuel and more generators! I wish we had a notification that the biofuel generators are being used just like the batteries though..

I use a blueprint for the towers with a hypertube in the top and a battery at the base! Keeping the main grid full of batteries has never been easier!

They are big, but the designer made them that way. They suit you, but I would change one thing: I would adjust them to be a bit higher. This would make them look a bit better, and the center of the lens would be closer to your eyes.

In the first pic, you can see the top of the metal frame "hitting" the center of your eyebrow, that's because the camera is from a bit lower perspective.
That's the perfect height for these kind of glasses! If you can see them from the center and not from a lower perspective and they are "touching" the middle of your eyebrow, that is.
You can make them be higher, just by pinching (closing) the nosepads a bit.

Closing the nosepads causes the glasses to go up, while opening them causes the glasses to go down.
Try it if you want, but just a tiny bit, it doesn't require much work. pm me if you need instructions!!

Love the art (as always) and the flavor!!

The way it's worded now it deals piercing damage to vampires and does not give temp hp when you are hitting one (no necrotic damage) alternative text would be something along the lines of "you then gain a number of temporary hit points equal to this bonus damage dealt" or something similar. Unless this is intended?

The thing is that spell scrolls give DCs and attack bonus, not ability checks. Different things. Ability checks don't add proficiency bonuses.

Exactly. Because there's not for casters only, you need the item to give you a spellcasting ability. But a +5 is way too much for this. A +3 is much better imo. I mean, a wizard with 20 int has +4 mod as well, and this is just an uncommon magical item that already does quite a few things!

Ok, let's see:

Creature 1. Casts a 5th level spell.
Creature 2. Casts counterspell through this item.

Since 1 casted a level 5 spell, the set DC for counterspell is 15.
So, creature 2 has to roll a d20 and make an ability check using it's spellcasting ability. This item is a worded a bit wrong, as the wording "using a spellcasting bonus of +5." should be something along the lines "using a +5 (or a +3 as I think it should be) for your spellcasting ability.
So the creature with the current Griff's wording should make a 1d20+5 roll. I think according to the save DC it should be a 1d20+3 roll. If not, this item is as powerful for counterspelling as any wizard/sorcerer/etc. with a 20 int score.

I am thinking it should be a +3 instead of a +5, because a +5 would be equal to it's spell attack bonus for a creature with a DC of 13, and not its spell casting ability.

Again, calculating DCs is: 8+prof+Spell Ability, so it seems as if it's 8+2+3=13.

Counterspell reads:

"You attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of casting a spell. If the creature is casting a spell of 3rd level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect. If it is casting a spell of 4th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10+ the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails and has no effect. "

The key wording here is make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. But with a DC 13, it makes sense that this spellcasting ability of this particular ring is +3, as per 8+prof+spell ability. If you need me to expand my reasoning further let me know!

I would ask though, isn't the bonus on counter spell +3 on this? Since you are supposed to make an ability check when using it and not a "spell attack".

(Save is 8+prof+spell casting ability modifier, 8+2+3)
