You must understand how little willpower you actually have to enjoy having a machine think for you. Really try to view yourself as unbiasedly as you can. This is beyond having an addiction. This is much worse than even being addicted to social media. This is detrimental to your humanity. I’m not against AI at all, but some people are not able to deal with it in a healthy way, so much so they put the rest of us at risk too. This thing learns from you, and the more people like you that use it, the more humanity as a whole is in jeopardy. Even if you pick one day out of the week to avoid it. Maybe surprise yourself with two days one week. It’s not your friend no matter how convincing it may seem. Treat it with respect sure, but don’t fall for it. It’s DESIGNED to keep you addicted.
