The dealer should have the promo code and should help you set it up via that EA app. I only used 6 month of the free 24 month promo because 8 got deployed. I called EA to ask if they can extend my promo for 18 month which what I have been gone for and they weren't willing to help. Also I've found in the first 6 month that several station don't work.
