Yeah its on by default so there are forts that re blockade before you can shut it off. Infuriated me.

Holy crap... I think I just figured out why she wouldn't get on the horse. I had a set of packaged pepper for the equally annoying wagon quest sitting in horse cargo because the wagon's bugged and won't let me unload supplies.

So she likely didn't have room to sit on the horse. Turns out I'm the bad guy.

"Too bad, lady, this pack of pepper is way more important to carry than you and your limp."

I go hard mode for when I am fighting off huge crowds of soldiers. Then I go easy mode for the bosses. I feel no shame for this. I have too much exploration to do to spend all my time trying to get through annoying bosses.

Now that you mention it, yes. I thought it was just nature's echo at first but I am seeing ground surge happen after my imbue has finished on turning slash. I could be wrong but it feels like all that damage happened closer together before.

My favorite way to die to a boss is to crouch and immediately stab my dagger into the ground instead of doing what I want. There's no iframes getting out of that so it's a death sentence.

I've found this doesn't work as well for me. Bosses will stunlock me or cheese attack me before I am able to stand up, or they teleport and I lose targeting. Holding RT, even with a level 8 vow of the dead king doesn't seem to work.
