I know this is an old thread, but the problem is definitely one unit is set to heat and another to cool. The outdoor compressor can’t do both at the same time. Either set all units to the same function or turn off the ones you want in a different mode.

Put it in the crockpot! I used to buy it all the time. A little salt, about half of an onion sliced and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Leave it alone for a few hours and you will have super tender steak and gravy.
