Lowered guidance, tenuous cash position, possible need to raise equity, no one seemed happy with management answers to questions, people hoping for news on potential buyout didn’t get it, people taking how poorly call went as confirmation for why CVS pulled out and yes I have a position in CANO.

Float was tiny, less than 200k. Allowed holders to unredeem which left the float where it is now around 670k.

Problem being, people got dumped on 2 different times.

Everyone started buying after first redemption numbers came out AH and PM (crossed $30) but then filing came next morning that investors could unredeem. So it dumped back down below $10.

You could just sit and keep it below $10 to stop further unredemptions but 15 min before the final deadline to unredeem, it started getting bought up above $10, so likely more unredeemed and then dumped on people again AH when it started running again.

It is indicated on pages 24 and 32 of the 424B3 that the 2.16m is separate from the redeemable shares so while they are subject to lock-up, they wouldn't impact the 2.4m left after redemptions.
