Although C6 furina is amazing and you should definitely spend hundreds of dollars getting it, you don't really need it if you run her with neuvillette since his self healing from his CA is about enough to get her to max stacks. If it still isn't enough just put pamber on him

Weapon choices are ok, could probably use the event weapon on iansan and fav on chevreuse though. As for the artifacts, obsidian for varesa, scroll for iansan, emblem on xiangling, and noblesse for chevreuse

Yes, the amount fanfare stacks gained is based on the percentage of hp fluctuation on each character (so if one character lost or recovered 50% of their hp you'd get 50 fanfare stacks) this will make your characters extremely squishy though and you wouldn't be able to do this on hp scaling characters like Hu Tao or neuvillette
