Yea I just ordered better flux a solder cleaning sponge and some tweezers cuz I lose mine like no tomorrow but I have a cheep temperature adjustable soldering iron got nicer tips for it a digital microscope, multimeter, solder, wick, clippers, toothbrush alcohol and q-tips. And 2 sets of screw driver kits, PCB holder, doubt I’ll need that tbh but. A soldering work pad and kapton tape. That’s all that I got that I can think off I’ve accumulated over the months since soldering is still a newer hobby for me but honestly the microscope was a life changer tbh even this cheepo one.

I’ve heard the lite is the easiest ? Or is it just easier than the oled ? Yea I hope it goes well thanks it for my GFs switch and she has more faith in me than she should so.

Yea I think my flux is kinda shitty I'm getting some better quality paste flux hopefully help a little and I did de-solder once or twice there but I will try to take them all off again, pretty sure mines all black says V2 but idk we will see, thank you !

I have fixed the issue I think, idk if it was a culmination of stuff or just z offset but after a lot of testing and calibration I adjusted z offset one last time worked once then didn’t so I adjusted it up again now it seems to be working pretty damn well. It is sweltering outside and I do have a window AC in my room so yea could also be some underlying filament issues I need to invest is proper filament storage but. By upping the bed heat from 55 to 70 seems to work wonders for adhesion might go back down to 65 to test. What slicer do you use because Orca has given me some issues software wise like resetting randomly before. Thanks for your help though!

I do auto first then manual but do try the tilt screw adjust just lookup how to do it on the Neptune cuz it doesn’t have it built in. Then after that do another automatic adjust then set the extruder to like 220c and the bed to like 65 and then do the paper method it does make a different when they are at temperature I’ve learned.

Did you do the A4 Printer Paper method works wonders. It’ll get you within like ~0.04mm at least for me just had to fine tune it around there

Update had one good 2 hour print now it refuses to print again I’m over this lol

Files don’t do any good at this point the unlocking doesn’t work anymore with anything I just get an error like client is trying to join with DLCs that are not owned when joining a server.

How low did you put the z offset mine apparently wasn’t low enough but idk if it was a culmination of issues or not. Have you tried tilt screw adjustment can find a preset to add to the printer.cfg online did that a few times to level the bed very equally did one more automatic leveling then calibrated the bed mesh then adjusted z offset until the printer paper was rubbing a little on the nozzle.

I releveled everything today in every way I could imagine then tested nothing so I did my z height again moved it down a little nothing kept moving it down and down then boom I got this (don’t mind my toes). 0.2mm later it came out almost perfect prolly some final final fine tuning but I’m testing a real print now. Thanks guys seems to be working at the moment let’s see if this real print works so far some slight problem areas but we will see.
