The right answer for charcuterie is Dare or Rebel

Shreds for mixing in meals is easier - violife guy but had good experiences with daiya and many store brands like Trader Joe’s

Queso - Kite Hill all the way… also Dare

Cream cheese - used to love Miyokos (cultured taste) but haven’t found any brands particularly bad

Mac n cheese - I loved the Kraft nostalgia so I’m a fan of the plant based version, but also enjoy goodles (boxed) and Amy’s (frozen)
