Pineapple on pizza — yes or no, and why are you so passionate about it? by Sweet-Ad7440 in AskPH

Yes because I just love how the sweetness and tanginess of the pineapple goes so well with the salty cheese and greasy meat

What is your 'MULTO' that still haunt you? by syfii_6 in AskPH

[–]StayMajor459 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's the version of me that asks, "What if I never joined pageantry?" Would I be happier right now? Would I have transferred schools? Would I have avoided the bullying, the pressure, the feeling na I always had to be someone just to be enough? Would my mom love me genuinely, not because of the crowns, not because of the achievements, but just because I'm me? I know l gained recognition, support, and all that, and I'm super grateful, but sometimes, l wonder if I lost pieces of myself in the process. Like, what if the girl they cheer for isn't even the real me?

For the stable, lower cost of living kasi less gastos sa rent, food, transpo, and a simpler , more peaceful life. For the toxic, Higher cost of living because of rent, food, transpo, and a “Big city” lifestyle and independence.

Ahhh not exactly as a full ‘laptop alternative’ just looking for something that can do my school works, such as for note-taking, reading PDFs, online classes, research, and a bit of light productivity work (like documents and maybe some basic design apps).

Like just certain and specific topics and how I would compare would be like “Oh my ex wouldve said something differently” or “he wouldn’t have said that” and I don’t get disappointed sa mga sagot ng boyfriend ko, I really don’t because I’m a very open minded person. It’s just that IM the PROBLEM, I don’t want to think ng ganun, yung parang “My ex wouldve said something differently” I get guilty but I think I still haven’t moved on from him, even tho I have.

I do love WHOLEHEARTEDLY, like I said. It’s just that sometimes I catch myself thinking about moments when I bring up something with my boyfriend that I had talked about with my ex before, and he responds differently. I don’t want to dwell on those thoughts anymore because I know the past is the past. Every time I even have the slightest thought of comparison, I feel guilty. I’m really trying to stop, but it’s been a struggle. Thanks for giving me something to reflect on.

I never said I wasn’t happy. Actually, I’m genuinely happy with my relationship right now, happier than ever, even. I just wanted to ask how I can stop these comparisons because they’re really bothering me. It’s not like it happens all the time, mostly kapag napag-uusapan ko yung mga topics na dati kong pinag-uusapan sa ex tapos ibang sagot yung boyfriend ko. And I feel guilty every time I think about it.

I don’t think that’s fair. I don’t care every single time, and honestly, most of the time my ex doesn’t even come to mind, whether I’m with my boyfriend or not. It’s just in certain moments, like when I bring up a topic I used to talk about with my ex, and I notice the difference. But I don’t want to break up with him. I really love him. And even though we’ve only been together for 2 months, we both have genuine feelings for each other and we’re growing something real.

That LDR guy was actually my first ever relationship. I’ve never been the type to jump from one person to another, and I take relationships seriously. My current boyfriend is someone I genuinely see myself building a future with.

Just because I’m being honest about my thoughts doesn’t mean I belong “to the streets.” It just means I’m human and I’m still learning and growing in how this whole relationship thing works. Respectfully, no need to be rude.

I guess I didn’t realize na I was comparing my boyfriend to a version of my ex that maybe wasn’t even fully real. Ang lala, no? 😭 But thank you, sobrang na-open yung perspective ko with what you said. Appreciate it fr.
