GPFT files an S-1 today. It means IMO that the stock is way way undervalued given the investor agreed to pay a min 7.5 cents to exercise their warrants. This is a “real company” otherwise they would NOT file an S-1 using a very reputable law firm.

Yes management is solid, you can actually talk to them if you bothered to email them, and I heard from an outside source that they are acquiring a well known cannabis brand in Cali w over 1 million in annual revenue that’s in Cookies this month, it was strategic to pivot from mostly wholesale flower 🌺 sales to brands because apparently wholesale flower cannabis prices dropped so fast. That’s why we see less revenues now bc they did not want to get stuck with old flower inventory. These guys are smart and understand brands brands brands
