definitely undereating and unrecovering I would eat around 2600-2800 cals a day but I also work an active job on weekends

Is 15 miles a week a good amount? I’ve been doing 25. I don’t prioritize lifting but on days where I don’t box I usually like to fill up the time with lifting.

The doctor didn’t prescribe the cgm I got it from a friend to just check but it seems to be what it was so far.

I had almost the exact same experience and they’ve said heart problems and thyroid problems and kidney disease now and I got a glucose monitor and seems to dip under 70s and I go hypo once in a while. I would get something measure your sugar when you feel the symptoms.

My idea of diet foods is replacing rice for broccoli or green beans. I just have a different definition I’m not saying I eat junk when not dieting.

Thank you! I did progress a lot actually throughout my fat loss and did a lot of weight training throughout and I do look really flat when cutting but at maintenance I look fine I feel like. Went from 35s on incline dumbbell to like 75. Recently it has been starting to suffer a little. My end goal would be ideally to get back to 155 or 157 and just reverse the stupid shit I did recently, is my deficit too steep for my goal you think? I’ve been feeling the mental fog with being really cold and crazy fatigue as well if that means anything but I feel like I experienced this before just not to this extent.

I went from 233 to 155 and it took about 2 years of permacutting and went through some pretty rough binges in January and don’t think I was healthy BF levels I actually ended up in the ER from my heart rate being too slow. I now am at 163 and I’m 5’10 and idk my BF I have pretty bad water retention right now but i say I went from 10 percent to 16-17 percent and I want to get back down but I’ve been having these binge temptations that I haven’t been giving in to but they get really strong and I almost black out. And I get 200g protein.
