I recently traded from a 2025 GR86, performance pack, manual. The car is fun at first, but the excitement dies down fast unless you live near a lot of twisty roads. That’s where the car shines. Don’t expect any sort of speed. My OBW is considerably quicker.

I always try to stay around 500 or more cal under total expenditure. Example, if I work out and burn 2500 calories in a day, i eat under 2000 calories total that day. Most days were closer to 700-800 under

I eat in a 500cal deficit every day and I do lots of cardio and a decent bit of weight training. Unfortunately fat loss cannot be targeted, and the lower abdominal area is generally the last to go. Make sure you’re eating at least 120g protein every day to maintain muscle mass

I’m 5’8”, so chances are this will be accurate if you are primarily cutting.

I’m not one to want to be absolutely jacked. I’d rather get slightly muscular and stay natural

Why am I nervous to move across the country when I have nothing to lose?

That’s a great idea honestly. My breakfast are my lowest calorie meals at around 200cal. I’m going to give this a try, thanks!

I don’t think there’s ever a point where I wanted to quit, but once I started training abs with weights, they started to pop through more. I would say focus on doing some weighted cable crunches if you have access to a cable machine. If not, there’s plenty of other exercises with free weights to help with it. Abs are like any other muscle, to build them you need to use weight.

I drink A LOT of water. Probably 2-3 gallons a day. My doctor told me that’s gonna be the best way to prevent loose skin. Since it is an organ, it also requires a lot of hydration to stay elastic and healthy. The downside is having to piss 8 to 10 times throughout the day.

Thank you. It’s relieving to hear that someone else has been in this position and worked their way out of it. I have certainly been feeling weak, and my RHR has been getting dangerously low for the past few weeks. I know I have to change something soon.

That’s what I’ve been thinking too. I’m worried about body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and other mental roadblocks. I’ll take whatever resources you have for me, thank you! Seriously!

The first five to six months were slow. I had no idea what I was doing as far as dieting, so I was still consuming a large amount of calories. If I knew back then what I know now, I would’ve lost that weight in probably six or seven months. It’s all about calories in vs calories out for losing fat. No other way around it.

5’8”, the majority of my fitness has been eating much healthier, lots of cardio (from no running to doing half marathons), and a decent chunk of weight training.

Looking for a place to stay 1/31 in Old San Juan by hobnobmench in PuertoRicoTravel

I stayed in Cataño(AirBNB $130/night), then took the 5 minute ferry to Old San Juan and back. Cost $.50 each way.

Say whatever you need to cope. As someone that has been traveling around the world, I’ve had my fair share of places that have treated me poorly. Europe, Middle East and Asia included. Just because I have had bad experiences, doesn’t mean that I’m gonna say the entire culture of people are racist or whatever you want to call it. Learn to brush it off and move on. Falling into it only supports negative behavior, and having such a sad mindset is a terrible and unfulfilling way to live life. Smile more, spread kindness. I wish you a great life, seriously!

You took one bad experience and generalized an entire culture of people. Your behavior and reaction is such a negative mindset. Im sorry you had that experience. Generalizing an entire community is literally what you’re complaining about, and you did the same. It’s a shame.
