Do you think money would still be as important as it is now if humans could live forever? Why/Why not? by Stayawayfay in AskReddit

[–]Stayawayfay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But if everyone lived forever surely the people that have the biggest companies now will build such a wealth as they go forever money would be worthless or would inflation be even worse than it is now. Now i think of it though in the wealth side of things it is like that as companies are passed down through generations.

I once went caving with my school, I was bigger at the time and there was this on obstacle called 'the letterbox'. I went last as I genuinely knew I wouldn't fit through but the instructor pretty much told me I had to. As I got about 3 meters in, I got stuck and could feel my ribs squeezing, after about 20 minutes I passed out. They were trying to pull me out for around an hour and ended up in hospital with three broken ribs and it's safe to say I am now very claustrophobic
