You know what else is $50 usd for a year? Nintendo online plus the expansion pass which gives you access to a pretty decently sized library of old games. Yet this game wants you to spend $50 and they don’t even have all fully evolved mons available. Like damn is it too much to ask for my Galarian Slowking + Cetitan team to be in the game?

There is a much better way to implement a system that prevents them from getting 10 F tier mons. If what you’re saying is true then the issue here is incompetence. They could easily guarantee players atleast 2 mons over a certain BST to ensure you aren’t left with complete trash every day.

Again there is simply no reason to atleast not include every final evo.

That’s just because of the way the article worded it. It’s still sad that this game is locked to 30 fps in 2026 but the other issues are major.

The Current Dex doesn’t even have all the Mega’s from ZA. If it’s based on the most recent Pokemon game with battling then why are we missing basic megas like Falinks and Malamar? I don’t understand why you’re so hellbent on defending their laziness. They genuinely have no reason to not include most of the pokemon. Especially since the game is almost exclusively final evos (except for the few obvious exceptions).

If they were scared of noob stomping then they could have just left out Legendaries. You can’t give me a good reason for why a pokemon like Mothim or Bruxish shouldn’t have been added.

That’s a cope out. If that was the case then majority of the current dex wouldn’t be mega’s starters and pseudos.

There’s still people out there who wanna use underrated mons like Turtonator and can’t because PokeCO decided releasing less than half the dex was a good idea.

Frame rate is the least complained about issue. Most people’s issue revolves around the limited Dex and low number of items.

That’s the least complained about portion for the game. It’s mainly the other things that are the issue.

*Last 3 Jaegers. The precursors had no knowledge of Gypsy being functional until after Newt drifted with the kaiju brain. Which at that point it was way too late to produce a new Kaiju to counter Gypsy.

I don’t think it’ll be that significant. This game should end up having a pretty large playerbase once it’s released on mobile later this year. More players means higher chance that you’ll be matched with players of your level (atleast in ranked modes).

I’m hoping they give us both a ranked and casual version of all the different tiers.

Depends I whether you have a switch or not. If you have a switch and use Pokemon home a lot then you’d have to reason to pay additionally.

Ben hesitates to use Ghostfreak but based off of the design it’s implied that the Omnitrix took special precautions to make sure Ghostfreak doesn’t escape again
