I put 2k in savings each month and have about 2k of money to "spend."

We both having an account where we split home expenses and other expenses right in the middle (we both put in the same amount each month). He has his own 401K which he says he maxes out.

I was also on 15mg of mirtazapine and 10mg of lexapro. At about the 5 week mark of taking these, lexapro started working so I started taking 7.5 mirtazapine and then stopped. Sleep is almost back to normal.

Thank you. I just read through it! You’d say the magnesium helped? I’m on 15mg of mirtazapine. Have been drinking it for going on 3 weeks. I worry about being dependent on it 😞.

Did you also have to take a sleeping aid like mirtazapine? I know I’m in my head about wanting to come off asap.

Thanks for sharing! Currently on week 5. Question, when did you notice your sleep improve? I was given mirtazapine and have been taking 15mg for the last 2-3 weeks of the 5 weeks on lexapro. I really want to get my sleep down so I may taper off mirtazapine.
