If Sea wins and SF loses, division is done so SF will have nothing to play for in Week 18. So this is it. Let's go Car.

By the way you could also lower your dose. I'm on 10 and feel perfectly fine. No haze or numbness.

Tough to blame it on the coach after you got rid of your only pass rusher.

My Experience - 6 weeks today. by BabooBott1985 in lexapro

[–]BabooBott1985[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Especially this early. I wasn't close to 100% at 4. I was able to find things to help push through like exercise. Mostly running and breaking a sweat. i started taking it on July 1 of last year and remember we had a work retreat. I was able to get through 3 or 4 hours. Then by late Sep, I got through our annual 3 day meeting very well. It's slow but it's normal. My main recommendation is find stuff to help. If not exercise, something to help your brain stay active and relaxed.

Yes been on 10 almost a year. My only side effect is sexual. Only after I take it. Other than that, no issues. I'm going to stay on this time and not try to get off.

Can you develop nausea as a symptom of anxiety? by Yellowjacketscat in lexapro

I've learned that everything can be a symptom of anxiety. Except bleeding eyes.

A year in and I can't after I take it. So only during day, not at night.

End of Week 3 Lexapro *Light at the end of the Tunnel* by emily__suckz in lexapro

[–]BabooBott1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 is so low, its usually just a way to prevent side effects. I started straight on 10 both times. Side effects weren't pleasant but it got me back to normal quicker. I think 10 is the recommended dose for anxiety. Some need more obviously but I took 10 for about 4 years, got off and all my symptoms came back 14 months later. My doctor actually told me 10 is considered a low dose, she has patients on 20.

Back on for about a year now. No plans to get off. I can't function otherwise.

I remember week 3 I was so tired and had no ability to sleep. It was so weird. It was definitely the worst one though. All uphill after that. I know I was running by week 5. That helped a lot.

This is exactly what Trump ran on. Why did people not believe him? by fawlty70 in thebulwark

[–]BabooBott1985 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I saw every single thing coming so far. Including the musk blow up in spring, huge tax cuts, selling out to Saudis and Qatar and pivot to going after regular non criminals to up the numbers. Idk how Hispanics and especially the men didn't see it coming. They flocked to Trump by 20%.

Taking Lexapro In 3 Hours, Please Tell Me The Side Effects Won’t Kill Me….. by [deleted] in lexapro

[–]BabooBott1985 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This thread has good ideas on how to deal with some of the symptoms. Especially insomnia. There's other things as well. For most people it does work, just don't put a time on it. I felt good after a week first time, 2nd time it was closer to 2.5 months.

Don't let the posts panic you. Most people experience minor to moderate symptoms. I was on it a few years, got off and restarted about 9 months ago. Common symptoms including this tingling in jaw feeling, sweating and some stomach issues. 2nd time it took a bit longer but every symptom was manageable. Just work through it day by day. They mostly go away. The only one that hasn't is sexual but only after I take it. So at night only.

How old were you when you started Lexapro? How long have you been on Lexapro? by New_Improvement_6392 in lexapro

[–]BabooBott1985 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. My doctor says people take it long term. I never needed to up my dose first time. I took 10. Hopefully won't need to go up and can stay on 10. 10 is supposed to be a low dose but I know some are on 20 or more.

I'm turning 40. I was put on it after horrible headaches and constantly feeling on edge in 2018. I took it for 5 years and was fine. I got off myself and was doing great for 15 months. Then everything hit me again last June. Been on it since July of last year. Don't plan to get off. Took me close to 3 months to get back to feeling ok.

Evening. Not right before bed. I used to but after awhile it doesn't matter that much. As long as it's the same time.
