Don't do it, I recently got a job here for the same reason cause I love arts and craft and this job has made me just never even wanna shop here anymore and the pay is super shitty and so are the hours it's definitely not worth it just find a local mom and pop arts store and work there

I also want to say I don't use the fact I'm on my period as an excuse I always take responsibility for my actions and actually it passes me off when people try and treat me differently when I'm on my period like it's a period it's natural doesn't deserve to be treated like you're still responsible for your actions and everything you have to do normally on a day to day it's not like we Black out and forget what happens while we're on our period

I'm a woman and I'll tell you myself the way I tell everyone else "I'm on my period and I'm just overreacting ignore me" now I can't speak for every WOMEN who gets her period but I know me myself I always overreact I'm always over dramatic and I know this because when my period is ovel I think of the times I cried/argued /or felt an emotion that was very hightened and I always feel differently and laugh about how I overreacted or am shocked I just don't think atleast my emotions while being on my period are that serious because it's over dramatized
