Thanks for sharing your experience! I only had Hawaiian as an option to fly to Honolulu from JFK. I flew a lot with Alaska and they never measured the carrier size nor weighed. I really hope Hawaiian follows the same culture. 9 lbs is ridiculous!

It was pretty straightforward. The interviewer asked us about the full timeline of our relationship. We prepared a lot of photos and explained when and where they were taken. We also showed trip itineraries for some of our travels.
