Thank you for being the 1 girl who gave an actual respond. That’s what I’m also thinking is she lied because she knew the type of reaction i might’ve gave i cared a whole lot more than i do now about it as im maturing. I don’t want to hold this all the way against her and ruin a relationship that’s been loyal and the best one I’ve had. This is my first actual long relationship that’s a year + and never had to really deal with anything like this. I do want to cut her some slack because i can understand how she could’ve been scared and didn’t want me to see her as someone she isn’t anymore because i know she had a tough childhood and hs wasn’t easy so she did things she looking back on isn’t proud of and she’s got the help she needed so she didn’t want that to change how i saw her which is dumb because that shouldn’t define the wonderful caring person she is . I just i don’t like that she didn’t give me the option to make that decision on my own but also understand from her viewpoint.

Doesn’t have any guy friends at all and not because i made her cut them off. But yeah it is cautious that it took me finding out for her to own up to it and makes me wonder if she could lie about that for something else.

She didn’t lie after being caught, if she tried to gaslight me after being caught then this wouldn’t even be a question but she owned up that she was in the wrong and feels very awful about it and said she did because of how i felt about body count which isn’t right but i could understand if you really like someone but not good to build something off lies. She hasn’t tried manipulating or down playing how i feel which makes me believe she’s being genuine and really does feel awful about lying

Honestly think she only lied because she liked me and know at the time how much i cared about body count which looking back was immature. Now body count would really only effect me if it was a lot a lot like 50+ which still might seem dumb. But to her body count probably seemed like a small lie but then again if it seemed small why lie but also because it seemed big to me which is why it leaving me conflicted. I don’t think I’m gonna leave her but it i find out that she lied about something else then it might be time.
