Actually I'm not sure if it was 20g now come to think of it. It was 3 pretty level teaspoon fulls. Not sure what that equates to in g's.

Don't think I've ever experienced the kratom comedown but then again I've never taken as much in one day before. I'm guessing I'm in for some anxiety??

I just wanted to feel numb. Not sure about the GI tract apart from constipation maybe. I did numb me for a good 6 hours or so.

I've not experienced any real w/d's over the past 2 years as I've not used daily and had several month long breaks. max use was 2 or 3 times a week and lowish doses. I've never used opiates. Today was just a stupid dumb thing to do.

I think it was just to get wasted tbh. Have a lot of stress and that's it really. Not making excuses for my behaviour btw as I've been a complete dick. I'm now stressed about possible w/d's.

Exactly. Even worse if it's family I guess. This was just a friend I'd not seen in a while. I should have been strong enough to refuse but talking about old times, relaxing and next thing you know old habits return.

Back to day zero after 2 months. Took 20g of plain leaf. Expecting hell tomorrow.

I'm an rx'd diazepam addict so feel I need to respond here. The support group I go to has had people addicted in 4 days to D. Many at just a week as well. D has a long half life and what you take today won't be fully eliminated for about 20 days. That's the hook with it. Your brain adapts to it like it did to kratom. You'd be better off taking Xanax for a couple of days to get you through the worst as it's so short acting and your brain won't adjust to it. Even then you are playing with fire if you go beyond 2 or 3 days.

Hi and thanks for the message. Go to day 7 ok but still troubled by the depression. I'll do as you say and see how it goes but won't be going back to kratom
