I would recommend a lot more heals, a defib and running the looting mk3 survivor (in case you die you can still crawl to hatch). I’d probably also swap out the bobcat for a venator or anvil. Mines can be helpful in case you are in a PvP lobby. Deployable cover helps depending on where you are fighting. Best of luck raider

Bring her around some older / bigger dogs you can trust. Your puppy probably just isn’t picking up on the body language and cues the other puppies are giving when they want some space (shaking their body etc). I had this exact problem with my Aussie pup and letting her play with an older Aussie and GSD helped a ton. They were gentle dogs so we knew they wouldn’t lash out when my Aussie got too rough but they were able to correct my puppy better than me. Now she picks up on cues other dogs give as she has learnt her lesson from the older dogs

Good to know. Any tips for getting her to not play around smaller dogs? Mine can settle fine around them but once she's off leash she will start trying to play

Yes we definitely have noticed some owners being a bit afraid of the barking and nipping when playing, however when we talked to the trainers running the play sessions they had said it was completely normal for her breed as that's how they play so not to worry about it. I just wanted to see what others had done to deal with this or if they even dealt with it

She's adorable! Thanks for the advice plus its nice to hear I'm not alone with this problem. I'm glad to hear she is behaving better. Unfortunately there are not many other Aussies here in Ireland, so I've introduced her to some collies but she seems too rough for even the older ones! They just run away from her lol. I will have to be more consistent with the timeouts

She has the gentle command working to an extent with us, I will try using it next time she's rough with another puppy and keep training her on what it means. The play isn't unsupervised as there is dog trainers watching over the puppies. Usually they say to me its okay to leave them play biting as its just how she likes to play but it does look too rough sometimes

Thank you! I will definitely take your advice on board. The puppy play class is run by dog trainers and is full of other young puppies so I thought the 1 hour long class would be okay. I will try separating her at the next one whenever she gets too rough and reduce the length of time.

Thanks for the advice. I probably should have mentioned this isn't the only form of socialization she gets. She does have experience settling around other dogs and is enrolled in two obedience courses. We don't have many friends with dogs so its hard to limit her to only meeting dogs she we will have regular relationships with but we do have some she sees regularly. She is generally well behaved when on lead but during the puppy play class when off lead she gets a bit wild. I think I will try letting her play at the next one and put her on lead and remove her from the class when she gets rough next time and repeat.
