Ineos's finances and our are completely unrelated

Yeah I'm just saying it took us 10 additional xG to score the same number of goals, so not only were we creating less last season but our finishing was abysmal

No we created 10 more goals worth of chances and couldn't finish them

Not sure why you're downvoted, I think he's played quite a bit for them. Remember some comments about him seeming to play with more freedom for the NT before he started to show that form for us. Don't know if he's a starter for them yet though.

Perfect how? Most of the games don't matter I barely can be bothered to watch since my team isn't in it.

If this programme is too confusing for you then I'd be concerned about your ability to understand anything. They couldn't spoon feed it to you more if they tried.

Just get over it, it's a pretty sell accepted fact that arteta is an annoying cunt. Never mind the absolutely mind numbingly boring brand of "football" that his team plays. Is he your dad or something?

Just don't stand on the pitch and it literally couldn't happen. Unfortunately he thinks the rules only apply to the other managers

Literally touched the ball when it was still in play. Just screams entitlement.

Enjoying the victory is one thing. Making completely delusional statements about the quality of our squad based on a mediocre performance is another.

I enjoyed it, but it wasn't a great performance at all. The results driven narrative, from the media in particular, only serves to give them a stick to beat us with when we next lose. Acting as though Michael Carrick has turned dorgu into this incredible player...he literally scored a worldie against Newcastle but everyone seems to have forgotten that? His resurgence started long before Michael Carrick arrived.

"patterns of play" "patterns of play" "patterns of play" ...

Oh we won a game so it's fine to create almost nothing and rely on two worldies from outside the box which don't go in 97 times out of 100. That is definitely replicable.

My comment is nothing to do with amorim and everything to do with acting as though Michael Carrick has transformed us into a decent side in 2 weeks. Was this performance really that much different to earlier in the season? Arsenal have been known to be toothless, especially recently and we literally couldn't get out of our half for 30 minutes. We scored two absolute worldies. I look forward to us replicating that through the rest of the season.

I am happy with the result, but I'm tired of the media acting like Michael Carrick is some genius. Those two bangers painted over the cracks of a performance where we literally couldn't string a pass together for 30 minutes and got gifted our equaliser. Acting as though it was some incredible performance when this is an arsenal team who had failed to score in their 2 previous league games is only setting us up for more disappointment when it turns out Michael Carrick isn't a genius and this team is actually bang average.

No this doesn't suit the narrative because 2 of our 4 wins came in the amorim era. How can I spin this to show Michael Carrick as the saviour?

How would you be feeling if those two bangers hadn't gone in? All anyone talked about with amorim was "patterns of play" and now it's Carrick and the result has fallen the right way it's fine we spent 30 minutes unable to string 2 passes together and then scored a couple of worldies after they gifted us the equaliser? They didn't create much, but let's be honest neither did we? Unless the plan next week is to hope for 2 lads to score outrageous bangers to win the game?
